Not impressed who they choose to insure you with

When had an accident not my fault it was a nightmare with the insurance company they had chosen. Had to wait nearly a year as claim nearly went to court, lots of stress. Then my insurance went up & was told I would get the money refunded but got back £21 wow!. Had to pay my excess Reviewed on: 6th October 2025

Bit of a cheek to charge £12.50 as a renewal fee and then took the money out before I could do a comparison insurance! Reviewed on: 27th August 2019
