Great company with brilliant cover!

Been with bought by many now for just over a year on their lifetime cover with 15k vet fees and £69. Never had any issues. Customer service is great, always very friendly, don't wait long to get through to speak to anyone. I have submitted a few claims and they have always dealt with my vet directly apart from one claim but this was my vet asking for the payment upfront . Online claim submission was very simple. Fantastic cover and no hassle claims

Fantastic cover. £15,000 vet fees, £69 excess for a lifetime policy. We've made one claim so far and they dealt with the vet directly. Any time that I have spoke with the team, they seem to be very friendly and want to help. Just what I like. No fuss, no hassle. 5 stars all round for the team at bought by many. Would highly recommend this company to anyone that's looking for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019
