Great service with room to improve

I’ve found Paypal Credit quite straightforward to use, especially when buying online. The application and payment process were simple, and it’s useful having the option to spread payments when needed. The main downside is that the information around repayments and charges could be clearer. It can feel a bit easy to miss the details unless you check everything properly, so I’d say it works well but only if you stay on top of the payments. Overall, it’s convenient and handy, but I’d prefer clearer communication and reminders. Reviewed on: 10th June 2026
