Unfortunately, customer service often feels very robotic and frequently provides responses that do not properly address the issue being raised. I would much prefer to deal with UK-based representatives who have a better understanding of customers living in England. Sadly, some representatives also have a very poor attitude, which only adds to the frustration. Regarding PayPal itself, one of my biggest concerns is that account balances and transactions do not update immediately. The system can show incorrect amounts for days, sometimes even weeks. Updates are extremely slow, which can easily lead to confusion or accidental overpayments. Overall, it creates a very frustrating user experience. I always make my payments on time, and in most cases even earlier than required. However, despite this, my credit limit has not been increased once in the past five years. Considering my payment history, this is quite disappointing. Overall, there is significant room for improvement in several areas, including customer service, account updates, and customer rewards.
