Account opened and being used within hours of my initial call to Russell with all queries about the account and how it can be used answered immediately. A very different experience to my current professional account which took months to open and still customer support had no idea about the service required from a professional account. Have already recomended to my audit accountant for his other clients. Reviewed on: 10th June 2026
