From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, modern, and stress-free. What has really impressed me, however, is how they’ve treated me over the past few months. After being diagnosed with a life-changing medical condition, I found myself facing uncertainty about my finances while undergoing treatment and recovery. Like many people in that situation, I feared the worst and worried I might lose my car. Instead, Carmoola showed genuine understanding and compassion. Their team listened, treated me with respect, and arranged a three-month payment hold, giving me the breathing space I needed to focus on my health and recovery rather than financial stress.
