Dial direct insurance

I thought dial direct was a good choice to stay with them for a second year but how wrong was i customer service trying to get through on this automated phone system is rubbish and when you actually get through they can't answer your questions and then get put through to someone else and being pushed from pillar to post and also having someone put the phone down on me is definitely decrasfull and was on the phone for over 3 hours and still no further forward so I have put in a complaint so will never stay with them after this very poor service.
