Helping with my Mother-in-Law’s Estate

I am the Executor to the Estate of my Mother-in-Law who had savings accounts with SBS. I have had to contact them on several occasions to request information to help me apply for Probate and each time, whoever I have spoken to, has been very friendly and helpful particularly Katie McKnight at Troon who I have spoken to several times and with whom I have had regular email contact.
