Great service, excellent customer support.

Generally, it's been excellent. They resolved matters when I was charged for a fraudulent transaction very swiftly, unlike my main bank, and their credit system had always worked well for me. It's a great layer of extra security on my finances, and I appreciate the fact that it's digitally managed from the start, instead of a weird afterthought like a lot of bank apps are.
