They breach their own terms and Take up all your time.

They breach their own terms by charging for an account that was 'Free for life'. Their Account details update process is prolonged, unexplained and in the guise of a phishing attempt on their communications. If you like not getting actual work done and prefer being on hold or talking to Santander Staff all day then choose Santander. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026
