Security good but customer service meh

I have always struggled to get hold of customer service at PayPal or when I have they've misunderstood what I need help with. I know they have a script to stick to but I wish they would read initial messages more carefully. I do like using PayPal because it gives you an extra layer of security and I like that a lot of companies allow you to use PayPal as a payment source Reviewed on: 13th July 2026

PayPal credit is okay..

PayPal credit is okay but it's difficult to have a conversation with customer service without going round in circles. I've used it for a while now and to be honest I wish I hadn't got it. I can just about keep up with payments and interest has gone up too. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026
