Exceptional Customer Service Experience

I transferred funds to my savings account, thinking they would go directly into my ISA account. Unfortunately, I used the wrong reference number, and the money was credited to my Regular Saver account instead. A few weeks later, when I checked my account, I realised my mistake. The team was incredibly helpful and understanding. They kindly arranged for the funds to be transferred into my ISA and even backdated the transfer so that I didn't lose out on any interest.
