Terrible customer serviice.

Terrible customer serviice. Nearly 4 hours to resolve making a transaction. You are directed to their virtual agent in app BUT its useless - i wasted 2 hours there. Then I called number and they answered in 10 mins and said no hold on my card and asked me to try make payment with them in line. It failed so they said problem with company im trying to pay website. I called them, a multi national and no issues and payment receipts working fine! So called line again and go through in 25 mins. Who told you there is no block? Well you coleague told me. Well there is a block. 40 minutes later - I am told block removed. So after 20 mins I try again and guess what...payment failed. So I call again and they say oh there is something else on card. Now on for a further 35 mins and still on hold! What a mess this customer service is - so frustrating and so far 4 hours of my day wasted just trying to make a transaction on the card! God help you if you need support from these clowns!! Reviewed on: 15th June 2026
