I’ve just lost my mother and asked if can possibly take a holiday on my regular payment for two months that is not in arrears and never has been never missed a payment , just to help with paying out unexpected costs towards my mums funeral expenses and you said no so that’s how to treat your customers that pay on time every time , hence the reason for a rubbish review Reviewed on: 16th June 2026
