Review of the BUPA, Health insurance:

Quality and high level of support

I signed up to Bupa last year and so far have used them for 2 physical health issues and enquired about mental health coverage earlier this week, which was accepted and they sent recommended therapists to me. I couldn’t recommend it more, I signed up thinking it would be great for drastic care such as cancer and I have used them for less urgent issues that arose unexpectedly and have been helped along the way without having to settle any money physically myself. My main reason for the positive review was the 30 minute call I had with the mental health clinician earlier this week to discuss what therapy would be best and I genuinely felt supported, rather than it being a call for insurance purposes so on that basis I would recommend this provider to anyone who’s even slightly considering reviewing their health care. responsive, professional, high quality

I find the customer service responsive, I’m not on the phone for hours. I feel they are professional and send me email updates but they are relevant and interesting rather than spam, it feels high quality. The emails also are reassuring sometimes on the lines of ‘we are here to help in times of need, here are the steps and links for ways in which we can help’ Reviewed on: 20th August 2026
