Moneybarn are a fantastic company to deal with.

Moneybarn are a fantastic company to deal with. They have been unbelievably understanding when I had some health issues & was unable to keep up payments. I was receiving sick pay from work for a period of time & unable to keep up full payments. Moneybarn were so helpful & never pushed for me to catch up with a missed payment during or after my sickness. Always checking to make sure I was able to afford the extra ‘catch up payments’ before agreeing to a payment plan. Brilliant money management, always made sure I was comfortable before committing to a payment. Very refreshing to deal with a company that put your health first before catching up with payments. If it wasn’t for their customer service team being so understanding and patient, I would probably have been off work longer with the added stress most lenders would have put on me. Thank you Moneybarn for being so understanding. Brilliant company to be associated with & now that I’m back to full fitness I look forward being part of the Moneybarn family for my next car finance.
