Bought a TV. Arrived smashed.. PayPal did'nt pay!

I bought a TV from Xiaomi and it arrived smashed to pieces. You decided in their favour when I raised at money back guarentee? still unsure how that was physcially possible when reported within 48 hours of delivery after unboxing. All emails provided. Pathetic effort on Paypal behalf. Reviewed on: 18th June 2026
