All round disappointment and completely let down

Phone serves is so bad I cannot speak with anyone and it has been month. I specifically asked for a copy of the two forms I was asked to read and sign and I have still not received anything. I am being harassed by creditors and money is still being taken away even though is supposed to have a DRO. Reviewed on: 18th June 2026
