I had a very pleasant experience with their customer...

I had a very pleasant experience with their customer service. They made my application a very smooth and as easy as possible process. Every agent I've spoken to, was polite, friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is that there isn't enough agents and the lines are overwhelmingly busy at certain times. The first time I called I waited nearly two hours and then the lines shut down which was frustrating. But to be fair they helped me tremendously through a very stressful situation.
