Fast, Easy and efficient.

Fast, Easy and efficient, from quote to purchase. Any issue is dealt with by an advisor who is friendly and easy to understand. Personally there was an overcharge that was a simple human mistake. I would not have known until I checked my account but within minutes of paying my annual insurance premium I was telephoned, immediately greeted with an apology and advised of the issue. I was advised that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in my bank. It was there the same afternoon. Not a review, more an experience and something that may be a concern for others looking to purchase from Endsleigh or any insurer but what you do know now is that with Endsleigh this is a concern you don’t need to worry about.
