Scam Customers with Additional Fees

Very disappointing experience. I had been with them for a year and allowed my policy to auto-renew. While the renewal price had increased, it was still acceptable. The issue arose when my payment card had expired. Rather than contacting me to update my payment details, they attempted to take payment and, when it failed, immediately applied a £20 failed payment fee. Phone number took me to a non-UK call centre who wouldn’t drop the charge and wanted to impose an even bigger charge if I were to cancel the policy. Reviewed on: 18th June 2026
