Poor Notifications around Payment Due date

Generally a really good product but they could do a lot better with sending out the monthly payment due reminders regularly and ahead of the payment date. Also, if a payment has not been made, an immediate notification and option to pay should be provided, instead they just charge a penalty and notify you days later. Reviewed on: 19th June 2026
