A professional member of staff

I wanted to set up an Online account for my barbershop chorus but found there was no !save’ option if I wanted a break. So I used a paper application form. However that was not acceptable for that type of account. However Sally Atkins offered to use that information to set up a different account and then transfer the details to the account I wanted. She did this in the morning and by the evening my money was safely earning interest. Sally was a joy to speak with, obviously knew what the system could do and used it very professionally.
