Our experience at the interview was excellent.

Our experience at the interview was excellent. However when we booked the appointment in the branch at Redcar I requested an appointment for Thursday which was agreed and booked. Later in the day we checked the appointment card and realised it had been booked incorrectly for Tuesday, prompting us to phone up to change the appointment back to the Thursday..
