PayPal feels a little bit like a big scam/trap

PayPal feels a little bit like a big scam/trap as we are encouraged to spend the credit but once we have a debt and we are paying interest we can’t transfer the balance and have to endure the extra fees until we finally pay the full balance. I would still prefer a credit card to PayPal. Reviewed on: 21st June 2026
