TLDR: PayPal is great but would be better with...

TLDR: PayPal is great but would be better with additional features to help users manage timely repayments! Been using PayPal/PayPal Credit/Pay in 3 over 20 years and can only recall 1-2 minor issues in all that time, which were always swiftly addressed by PayPal CS when required. The convenience and ease of use is undeniable and has allowed me to purchase otherwise-unaffordable items/services safely & securely, and more importantly cost-effectively, countless times - especially after they implemented the 0-interest Pay in 3/4 options. However, one area that prevents a 5-start review is the ease of tracking and managing my various interest-free offers; admittedly this seems to have improved recently on the iOS app where the different options are better presented, with easier manual custom repayment setup, etc. but additional automatic notifications and in-app integration of soon-to-expire interest-free periods, reminders to pay/clear balances and other mechanics to assist users in efficiently managing and clearing their PayPal balances would be really helpful.
