Review of the Moneybarn, Car finance:

Things have run like clockwork.

I'm about 13 months into a Moneybarn car finance agreement. Since initial set up there has been no need to contact customer services as things have run like clockwork. As I recall the set up of the account was smooth, all online, involving the dealer as a three-way exchange of information and, the technology worked really well. If there is something I would like to see, I have had a balance statement, but more information about going forward. Example, settling the account early, options for trading up your vehicle, that kind of thing. Like with a business like Amazon that will send messages based on algorithms of things that may be of interest to you. Reviewed on: 21st June 2026
