Scammers with claims

I have been a customer with Admiral travel for three years, but after my recent claims experience, I will never use them again. Making a claim was incredibly frustrating. Instead of receiving the support and service I expected as a loyal customer, I felt like every step was made unnecessarily difficult. Communication was poor, the process dragged on, and it often felt as though Admiral was looking for reasons not to help rather than trying to resolve the claim fairly. I’ve paid my premiums on time for years, only to be left extremely disappointed when I actually needed to use the insurance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Admiral to anyone looking for an insurer they can rely on when making a claim. Very disappointing service, and certainly not the level of support I expected after three years of loyalty. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2026
