Always on time with my child benefit, never have a problem with the payments coming through them. They are fast and honest if there is going to be a delay. Only ever needed to speak to customer service once regarding a share port i had. and they was really fast at dealing with the problem and sending over my money. Reviewed on: 24th June 2026
