I have been a member and an employee of Manchester credit union . I no longer work there but did work there for 18 years . and I would say is the that we all did and still do is give a great service to the members and it’s not just a tick box and yes and no like the banks . We listen to what are the members needs , and take all this in to account. I’ve been a saver with them for over 20 years and never had a bad experience and knowing you are helpingother people with your savings is brilliant . I have seen first hand how we have helped people who where lending from loan sharks and we had to help them get out of the credit cycle and who are now having ethical lans and now have savings .
