Iv been using credit union for around 10 years brilliant company for helping low income single mothers like myself with poor credit get accepted for loans whilst saving due to chb paid directly to them. However the changes they have made the last couple of years in my opinion have been disappointing. Communication if occur problems. Length of withdrawal can take, only being able to pay of loans with savings or shares, being rejected for loans which iv applied for continuously for 10 years and never missed payments due to standing order straight from chb. Harder to log in need verification each time etc etc! I think it’s a brilliant platform especially for people like me who benefit massively borrowing and saving id never stop using it. However just think it’s becoming more difficult than needs to be Reviewed on: 25th June 2026
