Appreciate the customer service experience ! I got my personal Health plan with this company. I have put my claim 29th October .. got email in next day morning that my re fund has been process and I will get my cash back into my account with in 3 to 5 working days which is fair enough ... Customer service team is equipped with their product knowledge.. Reviewed on: 4th November 2015
