Changing the type of accounts we hold

I rang about 5 weeks ago to give notice and spoke to Zoe who was helpful and set everything in motion. Then we spoke to Debbie when the 30 days were up and she guided us through the options. The papers arrived a couple of days later and we are just waiting for confirmation that everything is now sorted. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026
