Absolutely brilliant company 10 out of 10

I have been a member of clockwise credit union for over 10 years and they are fast and reliable with personal loan applications, really vigilant and mindful with any suspicious activity, for example I had fraudulent activity on my capital one account and clockwise stopped any transfers I attempted unless I contacted them in person first and I hadn't even informed them myself of the fraud on a completely different account with a completely different company, and not even my main bank account did that. The customer service they provide is also brilliant if I have ever needed to contact anyone from the team I have always been treated with respect and kindness and provided with all and any support or help I needed. I have recommended clockwise credit union to many of my friends and family over the years as they are a reliable and supportive company. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026
