My experience was surprisingly up-to-date.!!!

My experience was surprisingly up-to-date. For example I was able to become a member , apply for a loan and provide necessary documentation and fill in the agreement all online no having to visit the branch. Also an excellent app to keep track on my account and potentially apply for future loans ect ...I've had issues previously and I was able to contact a member of staff and get help there and then ! Very easy and current up-to-date service couldn't fault them. Also very inclusive everyone has an equal opportunity. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026
