From the first day when I signed up to just recently the handling of an non fault accident, the whole experience has been amazing. There is no customer service like it, I had a few questions at the beginning which were answered promptly via live chat. Nothing was too much trouble. Being advised as to when payments will be made/taken outstanding. The dealing with my non fault accident was excellent. Prompt timings to get my car in to be fixed and a like for like hire vehicle in the process made things very easy. Thank you By Miles keep doing what your doing. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019
