Do not trust this company.

Do not trust this company. If you are looking for car finance, run the other way. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, cold, and incompetent bunch of people in my life. I recently went through an incredibly difficult period dealing with severe health issues. Instead of showing an ounce of empathy or human decency, Oodle did nothing but harass me. They don’t care about you, your circumstances, or your health—all they care about is grabbing their money. The customer service is an absolute joke. You are forced to sit on hold for ages waiting on long calls, only to speak to people who are completely unprofessional. They consistently give poor excuses, lack basic communication skills, and fail to update proper notes on the system. You will find yourself repeating your story over and over again because no one does their job properly. Worse still, they have zero respect for your privacy. They pass your sensitive personal data—including your home address and entire financial file—to third-party debt collection agencies without proper care, completely disregarding your rights. Even now, after I did the right thing and paid my account off in full to a ZERO balance, they are still penalising me by refusing to properly update my credit file, hiding behind the fact that the account was previously terminated. They are quick to take your money, but completely useless at managing your account or protecting your personal information. Save yourself the stress, the endless phone queues, and the damage to your mental health. Stay far away from Oodle Car Finance! Reviewed on: 26th June 2026
