Easy to use app, friendly Customer Service, and more!

By miles is amazing, drive by the mile, so if you drive very little or want to monitor your travelled distance, this company is for you. Their app is very easy to use. Where all needed insurance policy and details is at a click! Also it has a obd2 reader installed so you can check your cars health right away! And finally amazed by the customer service, in app or online, where they are very responsive and goes straight to the point if any problems, like change of number plate is done in a few hours. Convenient and the best!

I’ve not heard about this company until my friend told me. So happy she did! paying per mile for how much you use your vehicle is the best in my opinion, not by paying a premium and the vehicle is sitting at home. Customer service through the app is super quick too! And everything is just straight forward. No problems for me. I would recommend by miles to everyone depending on how much they are using their car. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019
