Really great value for those on a budget who really need a car and do low annual mileage. Extremely disappointed that they have chosen not to renew our policy following my wife's stroke in late December. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

We were very impressed with Insurance quote from you and think it is a really good idea to have insurance based on actual miles travelled. We are not exactly tech geeks and needed help to install tracker but the advice given by you was first class and my husband put tracker in the car quickly and effectively. We would give you 10 stars but for the fact that we have only recently joined 'By Miles' but we are telling all our friends about the scheme as we are both over 70 and long journeys are not a PRIORITY option nowadays.
