Great customer service at considerable value

I have found that I can have a real time conversation on live chat with them 100% of the time. This resolves concerns and problems more quickly and there is no press option 1 then 4 then 3. Then start again; for those that know what I mean. Oh and did I mention the savings you can make opposed to other traditional insurances. With ByMiles you also have an app and a tracker, so you will be able to monitor journeys and keep track of your car always. If like me you’ll never loose your car haha.
