Does what it needs to.

Does what it needs to. Using Paypal credit is simple and it pays for what I need. I also have the option of Pay in 3 which is fantastic. Can't say I have had any major problems that have needed to be resolved. I currently have a case that is in progress but I'm sure that Paypal will be efficient and effective with their decision.
