Modern and innovative insurance

I love by miles, and it’s modern way of paying for car insurance. I use my car only a few times a week, to do mostly food shops, playgroup runs and short journeys. This keeps my miles fairly low, and my insurance cost down. I like that by miles has a tracker in the car - so in the event of car being stolen And parked I could inform the police of its whereabouts. The diagnostics on the app is also innovative and helpful. I have found staff to be very friendly and helpful when I have needed to contact them and the app is easy to use, and gives appropriate information. Making monthly payments is easy as it’s done via direct debit, and you can keep an eye on how much your monthly payment is in the app. Refer a friend is a good feature if you know of anyone needing to reinsure and who would benefit from this type of car insurance. Innovative, modern way to pay for Car insurance.

I’m a Mum of a 6mth old baby, I drive but not as much as I used to. Being able to pay up front to cover where my car is kept most of the time, and pay by the miles I drive monthly is a genius idea and convenient. I now no longer pay a silly amount to car insurers who hike prices up and con you out of money I.e. for admin charges of which you have to change to keep a policy - then lie to you about, or who compete for your custom but somehow still over quote you. It was a very quick and easy process to get started, and even speaking to someone via a online chat about queries was convenient and very helpful. The tracker arrived very quickly, the app I have had no issues with nor have I had any other issues including with payment or how the tracker works. I have recommended ByMiles to friends and family who are Not big mike drivers who love the idea. Thanks By Miles for being helpful, honest and keeping up with the modern world by being innovative and understanding of those who want to pay a reasonable price for car insurance, with exceptional good service.
