Hidden costs poor service

Having had a call out for a flat battery a few months ago, my car overheated today. They refused to come unless I paid a hefty fee, as they classed it as “the same problem”. I’ve now found out it’s actually the head gasket. Completely unrelated. They obviously find excuses to not provide proper emergency cover. Reviewed on: 30th June 2026
