Confusion setting up direct Debit

The reason I have dropped a star is because I found it unclear as to whether I had actually set up a direct debit to pay off the required monthly amount. After completing the details of my bank account to set up the direct debit the system seems to throw you back to the screen which is the same as at the start without confirming that your direct debit has been set up which left me thinking that it had failed for some reason so I set up another direct debit with a different bank account which did the same. I was then left feeling like I hadn't set up a direct debit and I would have a look at another time. Then I received an email confirming both direct debits had been set up so I now need to go to the hassle of cancelling one of their direct debits. Poor really Reviewed on: 30th June 2026
