I very highly recommend By Miles. And I rarely leave feedback unless the service was worth praising, which it absolutely was, from start to finish. I was dubious about having an ecu monitoring/tracking device fitted to my car. However, the data is only used to calculate your total mileage. Great little app on your phone too. With some well thought out, and very useful tools built into the app. A) If you have ever parked your car in a large shopping complex before, thinking 'I know where I've parked my car'. After spending 15 minutes pretending to my kids I knew where it was, the penny dropped that on my By Miles app I can click locate my car. B) If your car suddenly has the Engine Management Light appear on the dash. The worry obviously kicks in. With my trusty By Miles adapter and app, within a few clicks you would have the diagnosis for why the light has appeared. C) Finally I had the feeling of being fully in control of my monthly costs due to the daily (journey by journey) costs, distance and route's. Highly recommended. Thanks for your excellent service.
