Problems registering for online banking

I had applied for a 1 year ISA and wanted to administer the account on line. I could not register for this service. I spoke to Simon and Maureen who despite all attempts and suggestions could not help. I rang back 24 hours later and the problem was resolved. The issue has been that I had previously had a mortgage with the society which meant that my details were registered but different to my current details. I didn’t realise that such an old set of details would still be on record. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2026
