PayPal started strong and have continued to improve!

I've used PayPal since their earliest days in the UK, on the very rare occasions I've had any reason to contact Customer Services they have always been polite, helpful, clear in their explanations and quick to act when somethings needs doing / correcting. Much better service than i get from my High Street Bank online or in the branch. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2026
