The best customer service I have ever experienced

The customer service from the first call to the last was excellent and they were very helpful and friendly. The process is very thorough and they make you feel like they care about your finances and whether you can afford the loan repayments. Everytime I phoned with an enquiry about the next step, it didn't matter who I spoke to, they were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone.
