I've had a generally positive experience with PayPal Credit. It gives you the flexibility to buy items when you need them and spread the cost over time, which is really useful, especially when taking advantage of 0% promotional offers. The customer service has always been helpful whenever I've needed assistance. My only real criticism is that the repayment system can sometimes be confusing, particularly when you have multiple promotional purchases running at the same time. It could definitely be made clearer and easier to understand. Overall, it's a useful credit option with a few areas that could be improved. I'd rate it 7/10. Reviewed on: 5th July 2026
