Great communication from start to finish

We have recently repaid our mortgage early with Newbury and found the process easy and uncomplicated both online and over the telephone. It is so good, especially in this day and age, to be able to contact the Newbury by telephone, for the call to be answered quickly and efficiently and put through to the correct department straight away. We would highly recommend the Newbury. The staff we have dealt with over the years have always been highly trained and professional .
